FRANCE AND THE CZECHS
TERMS OF TREATY DETAILED.
(Received 26th January, 2 p.m!) ' PARIS, 25th January. In the Franco-Czecho-Slovakian Treaty, the two countries proclaim their respect to international engagements; their firm desire for the maintenance of the peace of Europe, and their fidelity to their obligations as defined by the Peace Treaties. They declare that they are ready to take concerted action on external questions likely to endanger tljeir security, and agree regarding measures to be taken in event of peril. They affirm their adhesion to the political principles contained in Article 88 of the Treaty of St. Germain, and their desire to adopt a common policy, against any attempt to restore the Hohenzol-: lerns or Hapsburgs.
