(ST TILIfIBAJB—PMSS ASSOCIATION.) AUCKLAND, This Day. iThe agents,at Auckland of the auxiliary schooner Hauto have been, advised that the vessel was totally destroyed by fire at the Solomon Islands. No lives were loat.
'.The Hauto is a wooden vessel of 830 tons, ,l>uilt in 1908 in America.
iThe Postal authorities: have received advice -from Sydney that the Mannganui left at 11 a.m. yesterday for Wellington. Sjje carries 494 bags of mail for the. Dominion, including 254. from Australia, 197 from beyond, and 43 parcel receptacles. The mail; from beyond Includes three from Africa, and two' from the Bast.- ■■■■•■- ''■■-■■■•■-
