GRAND OPERA HOUSE.
"Quarantine," produced by the Lawrence Grossmith Company, made another strong appeal to an excellent house at the Grand Opera House last night, and will make its final appearance to-night. To-morrow and Saturday the/company will present the intriguing play, (;Ambrose Applejohn's Adventure," being the exposition of the dream experiences of Captain Applejack, Mr. Lawrence Grossnuth, a notorious fifteenth century pirate. When seen here previously this unique and humorous play created a great impression, and the fact that it is being revived for two nights only should be sufficient to fill the Opera House at each performance. As a vehicle of pure comedy -"Ambrose Applejohn's Adven•JL w regarded as one of the most mirth-provoking plays seen for a decade, it also abounds in romance, and unfolds a charming love story. There are innumerable laughter-provoking incidents, especially on the deck of the pirate ship and several thrilling scenes of an unusual w J? n M°nday and Tuesday next, the last two nights of the season, will be Pr?l°^ H;FhO SilveT Fox>" a clever and highly amusing play by Cosmo Hamtfton The box plans aro open at The ■Bristol.
