, NEW PLYMOUTH, This Day. A fatal accident occurred at a level, crossing near Lepperton at 9.45 o'clock this morning. The ordinary slow train coming to New Plymouth ran into a motor-truck in charge of a young man named Openshaw, whose sister, Nurse (Isabel, was with him. She was killed, but her brother escaped with slight injuries. The truck was smashed to pieces. A train approaching either way is in full view at the spot.
