SHORTT'S THEATRE.
A bright and pretty comedy-dranfa entitled "Kisses" is the chief attraction this week at Shortt's Theatre. It is the story of the struggle of a college girl, Betty Estabrook, to reimburse her late father's creditors by the establishment of a candy factory, Betty possessing a secret ingredient which makes the candy specially attractive. The programme includes a comedy, a Gazette of interesting world events, and a humorous cartoon. In the afternoon, a fresh episode of the serial "Hurricane Hutch" is shown. The incidental music adds to the eujoyment of the entertainment.
