Mr. A. Paul, Inspector, Head Office, promoted to Sub-Collector, Wellington. Mr. F. Davies, Collector, Gisborne, promoted to Chief Inspector, Head Office, Wellington. Mr. T. C. Rowe, Inspector, Christchurch, promoted to Collector of Customs, Gisborne.
Mr. G. H. Comes, Inspector, Auckland, to be Inspector, Head Office, Wellington.
