CHRISTCHUiiCH, 20th Jan. The Dominion' bowling tournament was xjntinuud yesterday in fine weather.

The day was full of surprises, the most notable being the double defeats of Carswell (the veteran Taieri player) and Dobbs (St. Albans). The latter had come through the section play without 'a defeat, but in his first game yesterday he went down to Wylie by the wide margin of 31 to 3. Two games in the pairs competition •were also" played. Following are results of Saturday's games in the rinks and pairs post-sectional competitions. RINKS.
