AUCKLAND, 17th Januarj-. Helm and Williams, the recaptured priiiOiv/rs, were charged in the Police Court with converting to their own use an auxiliary 'yacht, the property, of Mr. J. E. Smith, and were .remand-c-J to 21st January. Constables Petty and Sutherland, who were left in charge of the yacht, lauded at Waiheke Island at daylight this morning. . :.
