CHRISTCHURCH, 16th January. This afternoon local detectives arrested C. H. Capes, fruiterer, brother of W. P .Capes (who is now on remand), on a charge of conspiring with W. P. Capes, W. Williamson, and J. Golding to defraud the Southland Racing Cluh by substituting the horse Willie .Lincoln for Look Out. ' ' '
