LONDON, 15th January. Reuters Paris correspondent cays that a section of the Opposition having demanded an immediate discussion on the financial situation, the Government insisted on the postponement of the debate till to-day, making it a matter of a- noconfidence vote. The division was in favour of the Government by 388 votes to 189. ' '
