BUSH BURNS IN VICTORIA
MELBOURNE, 16th January, Bush fires at Harcoitrt, a big hill district, caused many thousand pounds' worth of damage.- At one time the fire burned along a front of over ten miles, threatening the township of Harcourt. There were many narrow escapes.! The fire is now in control, except on Sutton range.
