A proposal has been submitted to shareholders that the business of the Macki-3 Company, whisky distillers, be fold to the present shareholders for £1,300,000, the shareholders to form a _ new company, to be known as the White Horse Distilleries, Limited. The new company will take over the present stocks of whisky, valued at£3,CCO,----000 for £1,500,000. - ,
