The second Anglo-Catholic Congress will open to-morrow, with a service at. St. Paul's Cathedral. The Bishop of London, supported by twenty bishops and delegates from Australia, and New Zealand and the other Dominions and colonies, will deliver the presidential address at the Albert Hall. Sixteen thousand _ tickets have . been sold for that meeting. The Bishop of Zanzibar is chairman of the congress. High Mass will be celebrated at twenty London churches where priests will also be available for confession.
