- LONDON, 7th July. Ihe Lausanne correspondent of the "Daily Express" reports that a joint letter signed by M. Venizelos and Ismet i'asna will be presented to the Conference on Saturday announcing that the outstanding questions between Greece and Turkey are settled, and that both countries are ready to sign peace any moment. Meanwhile the Allied deleRates are still waiting for instructions from their Governments regarding the concessions, the Ottoman debt, and the evacuation of Constantinople.
