LONDON, 6th July. Ths "Daily Wail" states that the latest European airway, opened between Moscow and Tiflis, makes it possible to fly from. London to Berlin, and thence to the borders of Persia, by German and Kussian machines. It is possible to reach Tiflis from London in less than four days.

Tiflis is the chief city and capital of -Kussian Caucasia, and is situate about IGo miles from the Black Sea. It is the chief centre of trade between Russia and Persia.
