LONDON'S CROWDED DOCKS. . (PUBLISHED IN TOE HUBS.) (Received August 15, 2 p.m.) LONDON, 13th August. The congestion at the London dock 3is worse. It is declared that the glut of wool is unprecedented. There are now
160,000 tons at the Albert Docks, and fresh cargoes are arriving daily: There are also great stores of frozen meats, produce, and tobacco. Queues of ships lie at Gravesend, waiting to unload.
