A mass meeting of. seamen rescinded yesterday's resolution, and passed another, similar to the Melbourne resolution, affirming the intention to man the ships on Monday. Meanwhile a conference will take place in Melbourne, at which the States will he represented. The muss meeting of seamen conducted amid uproar, one section objectrng to the motion, which was eventually carried, to the effect that the men will man the ships on Monday, provided the decisions of the row ml-table conference are final; further,' that inter-State Labour repre-<£-e;itatives be allowed to attend "the conferonpe.
