William Atkinson, charged with using a billiard saloon as ft gaming-house, and William Rntcliffo, with aiding him, both pleaded guilty at the Court to-day. The: police stated that Rfltcjiffe was. the chjef offender. He was a bookmaker, and used the room to carry on business. Ratcliffe was fined £50 and Atkincon £10 and costs.
