EMPRESS THEATRE.

To-night will see the farewell appear\ance at the' Empress of Nazimova in "Revelation".; also Charlie Chaplin in "The Dog's Life." To-morrow's programme will have for its ■ attraction a five-part Pathe drama entitled "The Midnight Stage," starring Frank Keenan. In this picture he presents the finest work of his career in the dual role of a bad man and a good man. "It is said- that Keenan's impersonation of the bad man brings out the brutality of the man's nature in a manner that with another actor would be unpleasantly realistic; with Keenan it is otherwise. The plot is intensely dramatic and novel throughout. ,'■.'. ;■
