MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MEETS.
Mr. W. Auld presided at the weekly meeting of the Wellington' Football Association held last evening. v The offer by Mr. W. B. Fergusion, of a memorial shield to players who fell at the front was accepted with thanks. The team chosen to go to Christchurch is to meet at the Basin Reserve on Tuesday evening.'
The matter of replaying the match between Marist B and Island Bay was left in the .bands of the secretary. An intimation was received from the Swifts Club, complaining of the unsatisfactory attendance of referees. Two referees who' failed to attend matched aire to be asked for art explanation. -
The Sixth Division Championship was awarded to Marist B team. St. Anne's Club, who. drew with Marist in their last match, lost the gathe through playing a boy over age.
