'(»! TKLBGRAPH.—SPECIAL 10 THE POST.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Labour Party, among the planks dealt with being proportional representation, reconstitution of the Upper _ House, removal of the political disabilities of women, and full ' civil rights for State employees. A committee representative of both bodies was appointed, subject to the approval of the Labour organisations, to prepare the] literature referred to.
