TOKIO, 24th May (delayed). Viscount Kato, in an interview, declared that he was uneasy regarding the future problems involved'in the relations of the League of Nations and the Anglo-Japanese Alliance. He ' said ho was perturbed about the outlook in the Pacific, and the Far Eastern questions', which were becoming more complicated.'' He admitted that he was puzzled by the recent movements in England, indicating the growing authority of the masses.
