The Grey branch, of the Locomotive Association passed a, motion to the effect that _it considered the Acting-Prime Minister's reply to the executive council's 'Report on conciliation an evasion, and tl-uft. he had mistaken the position, and urging the executive council to force a speedy termina-tiofl of the present unsatisfactory state of affairs.
