PARAMOUNT THEATRE.

Two distinct features of the programme at the Paramount Theatre are the appearance of a, new screen star, Lila Lee, and splendid music supplied by a special orchestra. Lila Lee appears in the leading role of "The Cruise of the Make Believes," in which a young girl in the slums has rigged up in her backyard an odd ship of make-believe, and 'it is her custom to make fanciful voyages in this ship to beautiful countries. In this she is assisted by a wealthy young man, who bribes the girl's father, and takes her to a beautiful home. Supporting items are interesting.
