PEOPLE'S PICTURE PALACE.
At the People's Picture Palace the new serial, '.'Wolves of Kultur" has already "caught on" in its first crisp part, "The Torture Trap." The story deals-.with German methods, and malevolence, as disclosed in the unmasking by a capable heroine of a band of spvs and propagandists. "The Kiddies of the Trenches," deals with the position of the children of France, as a Tesult of the German invasion.
