TRAMWAY CONTROL

After meeting the tramway deputation to-day Sir William Fraser made the following statement to a Post reporter : "I ,met representatives of the local bodies controlling the tramways in the ■ Dominion. .They made certain suggestions to me in regard to the new regulations. I promised to give consideration, to. their remarks, but could not eXpi-ess any opinion on what had been urged by them until I had carefully considered the whole subject, and also had heard from several tramways unions what their views were thereon."
