JAPANESE MILITARY MISSION
TO STUDY CONDITIONS IN GERMANY.
(Received June 4, 1.15 p.m.) NEW YORK, 3rd June. The New York World's correspondent at Paris states that news has been received that Japan has despatched a military mission to Germany for the purpose of studying conditions in Germany during the next three years.
