DULL WEATHER
Fairi though cloudy weather has prevailed locally during tho past twentyfour hours,, whilo rain has fallen in tho southern districts. Indications point to further cold, and changeable weather, dull and foggy at times' in the northern and east coast districts. A vory cold night, with froats, is probable generally, The barometer shows a rising tendency.
