At to-day's meeting the LytteltiMi Harbour Board adopted a report recommending that the salaries of the permanent staff be substantially increased, and that the board should establish a superannuation fund under the National Provident Fund Act, 1914.. membership of tho fund to bo eomgs.sory for all new employees of the board. '
