SHORTT'S THEATRE.
Mme. Petrova adds further to her successful career in "The Life Mask," a mystery play shown at Shortt's Theatre. The story has been so arranged as to withhold until the end the true position as to the death of a man who has illtreated his mistress. Then the mystery is solved in a dramatic manner. Thq famous Polish star is seen in a characterisation entirely different from her pre vious work. Good supports are shown.
