SHORTT'S THEATRE.
Essentially a mystery play, "The Life Mask," now screening at Shortt's Theatre, provides good opportunities for Mme. Petrova in the leading role. The picture presents a novelty in that at the beginning, by a series of leaders, it anticipates that Woodruffs Clay will be murdered, but who actually did the deed, or if he was actually murdered at all, is not revealed until the last moment. The supports are well selected.
