DEVON WITH TROOPS.

Advice received states that the Devon arrived at Lyttelton this morning with troops from Egypt. She is due in Wellington on the 12th Inst, and will leave here for Liverpool, via Panama, on the 17th June.

Johnston and Co. advise,that the Kahii will not now leave Wellington on Thursday for the Chathams. It is probable that she will! make the trip towards the end of the month. The Baden Powell was taken on the Slip this morning for repairs. The Wakatu is at present undergoing overhaul at Lyttelton, and she will not be back at Wellington for some days.
