Canterbury will meet Wellington . representatives on the Basin Reserve tomorrow, at 3 p.m. .. The Canterbury players arrived yesterday, and havo brought a strong team. Last season they beat Wellington by 1 goal -to nil, and the latter are anxious to make amends for that defeat. S. Frickleton, V.C., is included in the Wellington eleven, and his brother James for the Southern province. A. Bissctt, a new representative,- will captain the Canterbury team. The following team will represent Wellington: — Boal, Webster (Diamonds); backs, M'Kenzie (Thistle), Wandeti (Institute); half-backs, Bell (Thistle), Beid (captain, Thistle), Auld (Diamonds); right wing, J. Smith (Institute), C. Ballard (Y.M. G.A.); centre, Frickleton-(Thistle); left wing, Edwards (Thistle), Porter (Institute). Reserves:'Cunningham (Thistle), Wilson (V.M.C.A.). Referee, Mr, V. Astill; linesman, Mr. J. Roberts.
A fourth-grade match \jvas played' between Porirua and Marist Old Boys on Saturday, and resulted in a win for the former by 5 goals to 1.
