To-day, at the Supreme Court, his Honour Mr. Justice Edwards delivered hie reserved judgment in the ease- of Kathleen LiddJe v. Mary Rolleston, masseuse, a claim bearing on the tenancy of a. flat in the building known as 256,' Lambton-quay. Judgment was entered for the defendant in both claim and counterclaim, with costs. , At the hoarWg,'Sir John Findlay, K.C., with him' Mr. "A. W.
