Hie beamens Union in Sydney has' approved the prebiscite. The opinion is expressed that a ballot will result in an overwhelming majority 'in favour ,of the resumption of work. BRISBANE, This Day. The. Seamen's Union has refused to take ai plebiscite on the question of submitting the trouble to arbitration, and has declined to man the ships until the demands receive attention.
