SEAPLANE FORCED TO DESCEND

s LONDON, 30th May. The N. 0.4 left Lisbon for Plymouth at 5.30 this morning, but was forced to descend owing to adverse winds at the Mondego . River, 100 miles north of,Liebcn, (and south-west of Coimbra). (Received May 31; 10 a.m.) LISBON, 30th May. _ The N.C.4 is undamaged, and it is expected to resume the . flight 'in 24 hours.
