TO CELEBRATE PEACE
THE ARRANGEMENTS IN BRITAIN.

LONDON, 17th May. , The Peace Celebrations on 3rd August include national services of thanksgiving in Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey, and St. Paul's. Every church, in the Empire will offer special prayers. On 4th August a chain of bonfires will be lit from end to end of Britain, including thirty thousand war flares, which will be visible for many miles, and will last for ten minutes.
On sth August there will be military and naval pageants,'and •>■ merchant shipping pageant in the Thames.
