LONDON, 29th May. In the House of Commons Mr. Cecil Harmsworth (Under-Secvetary for Foreign Affairs), said that the whereabouts of Enver Pasha and Talaat Pasha was unknown, but the Government was determined to bring them to account. Provision would be inserted for that purpose in the Turkish Peace Treaty.
