PARIS, 17th May.Apart from tho six small boxes of charred bones the police havo discovered no substantial clues as to the disappearance of the twelve of Landru's fiancees. It appears that Landru had at least ninety-four, of whom over seventy are still alive. The police discovered trunks full of love letters, together with aa address book, in which Landru had indexed his sweethearts with side-notes as to their characteristics.
