In the House of Commons, Mr. Macliamara, Parliamentary Secretary to the Admiralty, said that Mr. Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, considered it would be better to deal with the recent speech of Admiral yon Tirpitz, Secretary to the German Navy, when the Naval Estimates were presented. Then the House could review the position as a whole. Meantime Mr. Churchill desired to express a general feeling of satisfaction at the friendly tone of the recent discussion in the German Reichstag.
