Any one living in the locality can testify to tho Hundreds .of men, women, and children >■ who patronise this pl*ce e\ evy' day ; yet' tho'.bathing sheds arcs a disgrace, mere 'boxes; ahd ho other conveniences "whatever, no appliances ipr lifesaving, etc. •In fact, if .the council' does not do something to remedy, 'these evils and make 'the pla-ca torrid hat safe they should prohibit bathing there,, for. as sure as fate, there- .will be > accidents for which the council (under the ojreumstaftees) must be held morally responsible. , I trust Mr. Morton , will. look' into this matter at once.
