The House of Commons, in Committed, agreed .to the Supplementary Estimate for the Insurance Act. Mr. Lloyd George (Chancellor of the Exchequer) declared that the Act had made an extraordinarily successful beginning. Fourteeh millions, were now paying contributions, and five thousand wefe receiving sanatoria treatment. Thirteen thousand doctors were now working under the scheme. '
