On Saturday the Wellington letter carriers held their annual picnic at Seatoun. Various events were got off, the results being as follow .—Letter Carriers' 220 yds Handicap Race.— Sullivan and Rivers., dead, 1 ; Murphy, '2. Mailroom 220 yds Handicap Race.— T. E. Youttg, 1; Meifher, 2. -P. and T. 440 yds Handicap Race.— Hubbard, 1 ; G. Jones, 2. Single Ladies' Race.— -Miss G. Goodman (Messrs. Littlejohn's trophy). Married Ladies' Race. — Mrs. Bonnie (Messrs. Craig and Company's trophy). One Mile Walk.-J. Murphy.
