PROGRESSIVE POLICY. (Bf TELEGRAM — FBESS ASSOCIATION.) NAPIER, 7th February. In the report of the Napier Gas Company, ifc is stated that an interim dividend_ was declared in June, and there remained a balance of a further £7056. It was resolved to declare a further dividend, absorbing £4511. The balance has been carded forward.
