METHODIST CONFERENCE
At the United Methodist Conference today, an address of congratulation to the ■Governor on his appointment was adopted. In the afternoon members of the conference took part in a harbour excursion.

The approaches, however, are still in an unfinished condition, and will remain 6O wading alterations to the Wainui mains.
