ALLEGED BREACH OF BANKRUPTCY LAWS
' (by Telegraph— j-bess association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, 6th Feb. At the Magistrate's Court to-day Jan^es , A. Tuthill, a bankrupt, late Kcensee of ' the Taranaki Hotel, was committed to , the Supreme Court for trial on a charge of haying made fraudulent payments to his wife on the eve of his bankruptcy.
