Mr. H. Ernest Leighton reports that at the auction sal§ held in his Mart, Lower Hutt, on Wednesday evening, there was a good attendance, and good competition for sections offered. Section 1. block 2, Bloomfield Estate, was sold to Mr. C. J. Shepherd. Sections 3 and 4, block 2, Bloomfield Estate, were sold to Mrs. E. Joel. Prices ranged from £210 to £225 each.
