A peculiar point was raised in a v case before the District Court. A man was charged with setting fire to his wife's Ijoitse, and his counsel oolitettded that under the law no husband and wife cohabiting can. incur" criminal responsibility by doing or omitting to do any act regarding the prosperity of the other. The Judge apheld the point, and dismissed the case.
