WHEELERS AT BURWOOD MINE PENDING ARBITRATION PROCEEDINGS CONFERENCE TO BE HELD, , By Telegraph.— Vtete Association.— Copyright. (Received February 5, 10.5 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The Burwood mine wheelers will resume work pendirig consideration of their claims under the Arbitration Act. The Employers' Federation has consequently granted the miners' Request for a conference. The miners have abandoned the idea of an aggregate meet* ingIt is reported that some of the Burwood miners are opposed to resuming work unless the wheelers join the Employees' Federation. If such a condition is forced upon the wheelers it will cause a hitch. It is not anticipated that a hit<:h will result in connection with the Burwood mine. Apprehension, however, has been caused by. the stoppage at the PelaWmain mine, where a disagreement with the clippers had been no sooner settled than trouble with the borers, caused the colliery to be idle.
