WESTMEATH'S EXPECTED ARRIVAL., In continuation of he* voyage from Liverpool to Wellington, via way ports, the Federal and Shire liner Westmeath sailed from Auckland at half-past 9 o'clock last night. Her arrival in port should be made late to-morrow evening or early on Friday morning. UNITED TYSER STEAMERS. Information has been received to the effect that the United Tyser liner Meißsen was despatched from New York on the 26th January for Australian ports only. The Courtfleld hus been fixed to take the loading berth for Australian and New Zealand ports, being timed to Sail on the 20th February. BARQUE HEBE SOLD. It is reported that the Norwegian barque Hebe, which arrived at the Semaphore, South Australia, on the 27th September last in a damaged condition, while bound from Majunga to Lyttelton with a cargo of phosphates, has been Eold to one of the inter-State steamship companies. The Vessel is to be converted into a hulk. A report from the master of the barque Eos was recently received by the Engineer of Ports add Harbours, Melbourne. It was to the effect that he passed a patch of broken and discoloured water, apparently shallow, about two ship's lengths long and one ship's length wide, Off the New Zealand coast, in latitude 36deg. 67min. south, longitude ICOdeg. SOmio. east.
